The brilliant thing about making things in limited edition Series is that there’s always going to be something new for people to discover from The Cranford Cabinet. It keeps things fun and interesting for me the maker and my editions have that added specialness of being almost one-of-a-kind.
The difficulty of deciding to work this way and also because I’m at the beginning of my journey with this is that when someone (like a craft market operator for instance) asks what’s going to be available at Christmas, I’m not 100% sure what that’s going to be!
Since Cranford Cabinet is a side hustle rather than my full-time occupation, I’m also going to have to learn to curb my excited urges and hold back certain Series in future so that I’ve got suitable stock for sale in a seasonal way rather than trying to sell sun hats in November. It’s all a learning curve ;)
That being said, rather than keeping things under my (sun) hat I wanted to share some works in progress that are going to drop in time for winter gifting.
Check out the photos above for a preview.
